We roast, package & ship: Monday - Friday

If we receive your order by noon, we can usually ship it the same day. Orders past noon can usually go out the following business day. Small bag production, special roasts & very large orders usually take extra time.

Shipping within the Black Hills Area
We do truck deliveries to the Northern Hills on Wednesdays and to the Southern Hills on Thursdays. We deliver in Rapid City on Thursdays. Our delivery area does not currently include Hot Springs. We also use Rapid Delivery for next day service in the Black Hills & Newcastle area.

Shipping Out of the Black Hills Area
We use UPS ground for regular deliveries. Pick-up is Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. Mountain Time. Within our 5 state region, most areas are a 1-2 day delivery, which does not include weekends. Orders of 150 lbs. and more can usually be more economically shipped by truck. If your ordering habits would fall in that range, we would be happy to arrange for truck delivery.

Warranty
Products damaged during transport will be replaced free of charge, with proof of damage, such as a UPS damage report. Otherwise, your satisfaction is always guaranteed, and if a product is not what you ordered, or up to your expectations, we will replace it or issue a refund or credit. We will not, however, take back orders due to a change of mind. Our coffees are roasted and packaged to order specifications and once produced, payment is expected.
